The brand diagnostic
The diagnostic in the Lab is a self-assessment tool. Its score and suggestions are general guidance based on your own answers. They are not a professional audit and not a guarantee of any result.
Enquiries and bookings
Booking a strategy call is a request, not a contract. We will confirm the time with you. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and terms.
Package descriptions on this site are summaries. The exact deliverables and price are those in your written proposal.

We may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or our calendar provider. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
